OUR MISSION :

The Mission of JESS is to offer opportunities toward employment for persons with
developmental disabilities through job training, placement, and ongoing support.

Jobs and Employment Support Services (JESS) was founded in 1979. JESS is an employment agency for people with developmental disabilities. Adult Programs offered by JESS counselors include job placement, job coaching, and job retention. JESS counselors are also very involved in working with high school students. You can find out more about these programs by following the Youth Programs link.

In 1995, a division of JESS called Personnel Plus was created. Personnel Plus is a temporary employment agency with the goal of helping people find permanent jobs through temporary work assignments.

Job openings at JESS will be posted on this site and updated regularly. To find out more about these and other Special Events , please check out our other pages!

Board Meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of every month, except July. Agendas for the Board of Directors' Meetings may be viewed by clicking this link, as well as agendas for any scheduled Committee Meetings.
