The Monsignor Behrmann Scholarship 

     The scholarship was established in October 2007 in recognition of Monsignor Elmer Behrmann.  

     In keeping with Monsignor Behrmann beliefs that people with developmental disabilities have the right and the ability to participate fully in their community, the scholarship was establish for individuals with developmental disabilities who wish to pursue education beyond the high school level.

     It is with his guidance, caring, advocacy, and love that the the Monsignor Elmer Behrmann Scholarship Award was established.

     Awards will be made on a non-discriminatory basis.
